Bright Armenia, an affiliated member of the ALDE Party, proudly participated in the recent ALDE Council meeting, actively engaging in discussions and raising critical topics within the liberal agenda. As a regular delegate to both Council meetings and the ALDE Congress, our party contributes to shaping the European liberal strategy and deepening cooperation with fellow member parties.

This Council meeting marked the launch of ALDE's new political strategy towards 2029, presented by ALDE President Svenja Hahn. The roadmap focuses on strengthening liberal influence across Europe, boosting member party performance, and preparing for the next European elections.

Bright Armenia welcomed the admission of three new full members – Gibanje Svoboda (Slovenia), Moderaterne (Denmark), and We Continue the Change (Bulgaria) – and supported the adoption of nine urgency resolutions, including positions on Ukraine, Moldova, Georgia, Serbia, Western Balkans integration, and women's rights.

We remain committed to actively contributing to ALDE’s liberal family of 73 member parties across 41 countries, promoting democratic values, rule of law, and regional cooperation.

The next ALDE Party Congress will take place on 24–25 October 2025 in Brussels.
