Was born in 1977, Grozni city

In 1995-1999 studied at Armenian State Engineering University, faculty of Cybernetics, specialty of Management Systems.

In 1999-2001 proceeded his study at Master School of Armenian State Engineering University, faculty of Cybernetics, specialty of Programming Service of Technical Systems.

In 2001-2003 served in the Armed Forces of Republic of Armenia.

In 2003-2004 studied at PhD Economy Department of Agricultural Academy of Armenia, chair of Informatics and Mathematical Models.

In 2005-2013 was a member of the National Democratic Party.

In 2007 graduated from Yerevan School of Political Studies of the Council of Europe.

In 2009 studied at Moscow School of Political Studies of the Council of Europe.

In 2005-2006 worked as a programmer in Accusoft-AM LLC.

From 2006 up to now is working as a programmer in Nairisoft Inc. LLC.

He is married and has three children.
