In Peaceful Armenia, gifting a book is a crime: Pashinyan fulfills Aliyev's and Erdogan's demands | Platform 94

In this episode, we discussed another blow by Nikol Pashinyan's regime to Armenian identity and historical memory, which this time targeted the director of Tsitsernakaberd for the "crime" of gifting a book about Artsakh to the US Vice President. We analyzed how staying faithful to one's own history and rights is characterized by official Yerevan as a "provocation" and why the ruling power demands absolute obedience from scientists and intellectuals to the agenda dictated by Ankara and Baku. We addressed the worrying reality that Armenia's current leader today effectively acts as the main defender of Aliyev's and Erdogan's interests, silencing any voice within the country that tries to stand up for Armenian truth and national dignity.

We also discussed in detail the dangerous initiatives to remove the Declaration of Independence from the Constitution and the "listing" of genocide victims, which aim to fundamentally destroy the foundations of Armenian statehood. We tried to understand why the Prime Minister imposes Turkish-Azerbaijani narratives on his own people and where the false philosophy of the "real Armenia" is leading, as official Yerevan openly renounces national aspirations and historical memory. This is a program about how the state is being led to its final stage, where being Armenian and speaking about Armenian history is already viewed as a crime in the eyes of one's own government.
