Andranik Kocharyan, are you afraid to go to jail? Isn't it enough to build a career on bloodshed?

Movses Harutyunyan, advisor to National Assembly Speaker Alen Simonyan, told Radio Liberty that the report of the investigative commission investigating the circumstances of the 44-day war has been sent to the first chamber of parliament.
"Considering that the time difference made it legally impossible to include the report of the investigative commission investigating the circumstances of the 44-day war in the agenda of the National Assembly plenary sessions, following discussions with all interested parties, a decision was made to send the report to the first chamber of the National Assembly, where every MP with confidentiality clearance can review it," Harutyunyan said.
Investigative commission chairman Andranik Kocharyan, in turn, expects the National Assembly Council to submit the report for discussion at the plenary session of parliament at the upcoming session.
